365 Vegetarian Recipes is an online access service, not a physical or shippable product. As soon as your payment is successful, your account is instantly unlocked with 1 year of access to all 365 + 10 bonus recipes. Because access is granted immediately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase after payment confirmation, not using the account, or dissatisfaction with individual recipes.
If an amount was deducted from your account/card but your account was not activated, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us with your payment reference and we will verify with Cashfree and refund the incorrect/duplicate amount.
If you're unable to log in or view recipes due to a genuine technical issue on our end after a successful payment, contact us with your registered email and payment reference. We will fix the issue or restore your access as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
Your 1-year access period is not refundable or extendable except through renewal. If your access has expired, you can renew with a fresh one-time payment to unlock another full year of access. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within an active access period.
